Harper's Point Eye Associates - Montgomery

Dr. Ziegler was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Harper's Point Eye Associates were much faster (and nicer) than Cincinnati Eye Institute. HPEA could see me the following day, but the next available appointment for CEI was a full three weeks later (I'd still be waiting two more weeks at the time of writing this review). I went in for a stye, got medicine that cleared it up fast, and more medicine on the way to prevent it in the future. I had the same issue 2 years ago, CEI just wanted to inject MY EYE with steroids, which didn't help at all.

There was an issue with a pair of glasses I purchased but they were always kind and helpful. Once the situation was resolved, they more than made up for the error. Very pleased!

Everybody here was very friendly, helpful and professional. Mackenzie did the preliminary tests, and then Dr. Louis completed my exam. All of my questions were answered. Very convenient location. I will recommend Cherry Vision Center to my wife and friends. Thanks Cherry Vision Center for a great experience.

Dr. Fox Lozoraitis is awesome. She listens well; is a great optometrist; has remedied issues I was having with contact lenses; and is kind and down-to-earth. I appreciated the super helpful advice she gave me at my last appointment. The staff was professional.

Dr Fox is amazing. She took time to get to know me, took her time and explained everything to me.The office staff was friendly and helpful. As a senior with mobility problems, everyone showed patience as I was slow in moving. One problem... John gave me the wrong glasses. I questioned if the glasses were correct because I couldn't see. After two weeks, found out I has the wrong pair. Returned the wrong ones today and now I can see mych better... John could have apologized.

This place has been amazing with my whole family. Dr. Fox has been wonderful with my three children, my wife, and me. The office staff has always been patient and soft spoken when explaining things. Dr. Fox is extremely patient with my kids (7, 12, 15). She has taken the time to explain what things are, why she is doing what she does with the equipment, and has been very thorough in her exam, regardless of if we are buying glasses there or not. We have been going here for years. I have never left without laughing at least once. I have never felt pressured into buying glasses. My kids insist that we take them here, and I agree.

Dr. O’Neill is fantastic to work with. She is the only one I trust to fit my gas permeable lenses. I have a high prescription and hard to fit eyes and she is very caring, knowledgeable and works with me until I am comfortable with wearing my lenses. The staff is also very friendly and caring. Today was my first visit, and I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Kuder! She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel completely comfortable. Kori was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, and Brett was so helpful when it came to picking out frames. I’m so happy I found this office! Everyone was wonderful, and I highly recommend them!

I recently took my child to Strongsville Eye Care for their first eye exam, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The young ladies at the front, Krystal and Mikaela, were so kind, patient, and welcoming. I had my younger kids with me too, and they made sure we were all comfortable, which meant a lot as a mom. Krystal was especially sweet and helpful when it came to picking out my child’s glasses. She gave honest feedback and helped find a pair that fit comfortably and matched my child’s style. Mikaela was also friendly and professional when assisting with the measurements, and both of them made the visit feel very easy and stress-free. The doctor was extremely patient and gentle. My child was a little nervous at first, but the doctor took her time explaining everything, helping her stay calm and relaxed throughout the exam. She made sure we both understood what was going on, and that really showed her care and professionalism. Overall, the entire team had such a warm and welcoming energy. The visit went smoothly, and the glasses were ready even sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. I truly appreciate the great service, kindness, and patience shown to us. I’d definitely recommend Strongsville Eye Care to anyone looking for a friendly and caring eye care office.

Took my adult special needs child to a new doctor and was thrilled with the care she received. Krystal and Dr. Kuder were patient with her and treated her with so much kindness and respect. Highly recommend!!

A lens on my sunglasses fell out, and I made an impromptu stop in to this location. Kryst was kind enough to fix those for me on the spot. I went ahead and set up an eye exam as I was due for this. It’s nice when you can get good quality service.

I was in a rush to get a same day appointment at any location I could find and they got me in that same day, very very friendly staff. The receptionist is a breath of fresh air thanks to her cheerful attitude. The staff was very kind and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. I scheduled a follow up appointment a week later and they delivered the same great service and energy as the first time. Honestly, I came here out of desperation and ended up finding my new permanent eye doctor. Don't let the other reviews scare you away. I think they have been working hard to fix most of the issues people have been complaining about. ☺️

While our family was sad to see Dr. Hicks go, we have received exceptional care from Dr. Z! Very knowledgeable and listens to every concern. I never feel rushed. Our kids always have a great experience also!

Marlene repaired (2) pairs of glasses for me with a smile on her face at 5:30p. She could have told me to come back tomorrow but she didn’t. Her energy and enthusiasm was palpable and refreshing. Marlene even encouraged and showed me several different pairs of glasses to consider. She also wrote in her notes that I was welcome to come back next week and try on more! Had a great experience today. Super friendly and helpful. I get a bit of anxiety about eye exams , but they were patient and genuinely kind. I had Dr Brook who was fantastic, as was everyone i spoke with. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience at this location. I was able to get an appointment quickly, which was great since I lost my glasses. The optometrist Dr. John Lovas is a very friendly & knowledgeable man. He reassured me about some concerns I had about my eyes and you can just tell he loves what he does. They have such a great reasonably priced selection of glasses. The woman that helped me with my order and helped figure out what my insurance covered was also very nice. I cannot wait until my new glasses come in and I just couldn’t wait to leave a review for, in my opinion, best eye doctor in Ohio!

Dr. Spiess is very attentive to his patients and allows amply time to ask questions without making you feel like he is rushing through your appointment and off to the next patient. His care is about quality over quantity and it shows. The office staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly.

This is my eye doctor for over 20 years. Their new doctor Jenny Tran OD, did me a solid by squeezing me in when I had bright lights, floaters and a possible retina detach. Her knowledge, demeanor and explanation made me feel I totally understood what is going on. I cannot recommend her or Dr Makely enough. Great job.

Professional Vision Services- Hilliard has been my vision care specialist for three years now. This year I was able to set my annual exam up for the same day. Not only was I able to be seen immediately but the receptionist was friendly. All the staff at this location is helpful and professional. My glasses were ordered and in within ten days. I was emailed and able to pick them up the same day. They were a perfect fit. I was encouraged that if I ever have a problem with fit and want an adjustment no appointment is needed. My first visit to PVS was in November 2024, when Dr. Jenny Tran examined my eyes and updated my prescription. Dr. Tran did an excellent job, very thorough, professional, and friendly - in fact, that characterizes my interactions with everyone at this PVS location, from the reception staff to nurses and assistants. Additionally, working with Katherine, who manages the optical side of the location, has been a pleasure. It can be hard for me to ask exactly for what I need, or for adjustments, even when I am paying for it, and Katherine has made me feel welcome and comfortable, and that making sure I like the frames and lenses I'm purchasing are one of her top concerns. I appreciate that I've been in several times for modifications to the same pair of glasses, and never once have I felt like I was being treated with anything but respect, helpfulness, and a willingness to make sure I receive the best optical products and a positive experience. Easy to book an appointment, staff was nice, doc was great, got seen quickly, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg even without insurance. Out of 4 other places I checked out, this was easily the best.

After a bad fall my glasses were destroyed. They were able to replace them with the same frame type and used my available prescription. They even had them rushed so I could see again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Eyecare Specialties!

Today was the best appointment I have ever had with any doctor. From the gentleman who started my eye exam who was kind, a listening ear, patient, and reassuring, to Dr. Mickey and Dr. Kylee making me feel so valued, comfortable, and fully taken care of! Dr. Kylee and her team are amazing! Dr. Kylee is incredibly patient with me whether I am getting contacts or glasses. After wearing my new glasses for a week, they still didn't feel quite right. I thought I would get used to them, but I never did. I came in on a Friday for an adjustment, and a wonderful lady working in the back worked an absolute miracle. Now, my glasses fit perfectly!

Very friendly. Front desk. Eye doctors and all the other folks working there. Very personable. Dr Petrov went to explain deeper some questions I had and went above and beyond to assist me. Also they have a lot of great glasses frames to choose from- easy location right next to the grocery store so I could do a one stop shop. I didn’t wait long to be seen, in and out. Also they fixed my current glasses and tightened them uo and did more than I asked. It’s so refreshing to go to a Dr and feel like a person and not a number. That’s very important.

The office got me in within a 24 hour period due to a scratch on my eye. I was able to get my scratch checked out long with getting a full eye exam. Staff was very pleasant throughout the entire process.

I haven’t been to the eye doctor in a long time. But I started having some pain in my one eye. So I just stopped there to ask if they could look in it. They took me in that same day! He fixed my eye. Then he squeezed me in the very next day for a follow up. I appreciated it so much. He and the staff were all awesome and so nice. I now have a new eye doctor.

I arrived close to closing time without realizing they closed at 5, and not only did the ladies at the front stay past their shift, they encouraged me to take my time with the eyewear selection and offered thoughtful, personalized recommendations. That kind of patience and care is hard to find. The doctor was equally exceptional. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took real time to walk me through exactly what he was observing and what his concerns were, rather than rushing through the appointment. When he was unable to get a fully accurate read on my prescription, he rescheduled me to complete the exam at no additional charge. No hassle, no upselling, just a genuine commitment to getting it right. This is the standard every eye care practice should be held to. Highly recommend.

I had my first visit with Dr. Michael and from the start the office environment felt very welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The blonde assistant that took me back (don’t remember her name) was very personable and friendly and did a great job of juggling multiple patients. Dr. Michael was very thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything. Zoe was awesome and very helpful with getting more contacts ordered and picking out new glasses. I was contemplating changing my doctor because of my experience with the staff. The change in staff has resulted in a much more pleasant customer experience. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured or pushed into something that I did not want, and the glasses that I received actually appeared to be new glasses rather than recycled glasses from the try-on ones that are on the floor. I even received a case for my glasses that was from the actual manufacturer of my glasses. Imagine that!

I have been using Winchester Vision Care for around 18 years. My whole family now uses them also. We have not had one single negative experience with this practice. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of glasses and their prices are great. I highly recommend using this office!

I hadn’t had an eye exam in over ten years and I started noticing a change in my vision. It was very easy to make an appointment with Dr. Hornberger and they fit me in within a week. The care and thoughtfulness that Dr. Hornberger and her staff showed me was fantastic. I thought my last exam was thorough but it was nothing like the exam I had here. Everything in the office is state of the art. Dr. Hornberger explained the entire exam in a way that was easy to understand, and she gave me several choices for correcting my vision. I couldn’t be happier with the results and couldn’t recommend this office any higher.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly staff. The Doc always does a thorough exam on my eyes. Being Diabetic she always goes over all of my images and explains everything I need to know about the health of my eyes. Always happy with my visits.

I have seen Jeff Collins for years. I learned yesterday that after having cataract surgery, the eyes stabilize since they no longer have to look through that film. So, my prescription had not changed.

It was fast getting in at appointment time. They explained everything in detail that I could understand and they helped me pick glasses that fit me and my face. Highly recommend 😁
