Staff was very friendly and professional! Equipment used for my exam was top of the line ! My appointment was on time as scheduled which I appreciate! Went in for a routine exam and left with great news : everything looked good and left with a reasonably priced pair of glasses that I will only need on occasion ! Would highly recommend!

Everybody here was very friendly, helpful and professional. Mackenzie did the preliminary tests, and then Dr. Louis completed my exam. All of my questions were answered. Very convenient location. This place has been amazing with my whole family. Dr. Fox has been wonderful with my three children, my wife, and me. The office staff has always been patient and soft spoken when explaining things. Dr. Fox is extremely patient with my kids (7, 12, 15). She has taken the time to explain what things are, why she is doing what she does with the equipment, and has been very thorough in her exam, regardless of if we are buying glasses there or not. We have been going here for years. I have never left without laughing at least once. I have never felt pressured into buying glasses. My kids insist that we take them here, and I agree.

I had my first appointment at Comprehensive EyeCare in Centerville and was extremely impressed with the care I received. Dr. Cassandra Fox Lozoraitis was incredibly thorough, but what really stood out to me was the amount of time she spent helping me understand my eye health. She showed me the images of my eyes and explained what I was looking at, the different parts of the eye, and how everything related to my family history. I have never had an eye doctor take the time to explain things to me like that or look at my family history and overall eye health so thoroughly. The assistant who did my glaucoma testing and the initial testing for my glasses was also great. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful, even helping me think of things I might want to ask the doctor. This was probably the best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. I never felt rushed, I learned a lot, and I left feeling much more informed and confident about my eye health and the care I am receiving. I am very glad I chose Comprehensive EyeCare and Dr. Fox Lozoraitis. Definitely a five star experience!

I recently took my child to Strongsville Eye Care for their first eye exam, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The young ladies at the front, Krystal and Mikaela, were so kind, patient, and welcoming. I had my younger kids with me too, and they made sure we were all comfortable, which meant a lot as a mom. Krystal was especially sweet and helpful when it came to picking out my child’s glasses. She gave honest feedback and helped find a pair that fit comfortably and matched my child’s style. Mikaela was also friendly and professional when assisting with the measurements, and both of them made the visit feel very easy and stress-free. The doctor was extremely patient and gentle. My child was a little nervous at first, but the doctor took her time explaining everything, helping her stay calm and relaxed throughout the exam. She made sure we both understood what was going on, and that really showed her care and professionalism. Overall, the entire team had such a warm and welcoming energy. The visit went smoothly, and the glasses were ready even sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. I truly appreciate the great service, kindness, and patience shown to us. A lens on my sunglasses fell out, and I made an impromptu stop in to this location. Kryst was kind enough to fix those for me on the spot. I went ahead and set up an eye exam as I was due for this. It’s nice when you can get good quality service.

I was in a rush to get a same day appointment at any location I could find and they got me in that same day, very very friendly staff. The receptionist is a breath of fresh air thanks to her cheerful attitude. The staff was very kind and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. I scheduled a follow up appointment a week later and they delivered the same great service and energy as the first time. Honestly, I came here out of desperation and ended up finding my new permanent eye doctor. Don't let the other reviews scare you away. I think they have been working hard to fix most of the issues people have been complaining about. ☺️

I had the best experience at this location. I was able to get an appointment quickly, which was great since I lost my glasses. The optometrist Dr. John Lovas is a very friendly & knowledgeable man. He reassured me about some concerns I had about my eyes and you can just tell he loves what he does. They have such a great reasonably priced selection of glasses. The woman that helped me with my order and helped figure out what my insurance covered was also very nice. I cannot wait until my new glasses come in and I just couldn’t wait to leave a review for, in my opinion, best eye doctor in Ohio!

I have always enjoyed coming to NW OH Vision Center. I have seen Multiple Dr. here and I have never been disappointed. Dr. Richmond, Dr. Hill and Dr. Speiss have all been GREAT. The experience that has prompted me to leave this review was with Dr. Speiss. I took my son in for his exam which went off without a hitch. While he was just needing his script updated I had actually been having a rough 24+ hours as I had slept in my contacts (1 night). Dr. Speiss knew my eyes were bothering me and I was just brushing it off. He made time to check my eyes and come to find out I had an ulcer in each eye. If he hadn't taken that second to just look and decide it was something that needed looked into closer I would have let it go and it could have ended up so much worse! He took the extra step even after this checking with my OB (5 months pregnant) Himself, to make sure the treatment was safe for pregnancy.

Absolutely love this place! Anna and Michaela are two of the sweetest and most helpful people I have dealt with. Dr. Makley is top notch at her job and worth making an appointment with her!

This is my eye doctor for over 20 years. Their new doctor Jenny Tran OD, did me a solid by squeezing me in when I had bright lights, floaters and a possible retina detach. Her knowledge, demeanor and explanation made me feel I totally understood what is going on. I cannot recommend her or Dr Makely enough. Great job.

Professional Vision Services- Hilliard has been my vision care specialist for three years now. This year I was able to set my annual exam up for the same day. Not only was I able to be seen immediately but the receptionist was friendly. All the staff at this location is helpful and professional. My glasses were ordered and in within ten days. I was emailed and able to pick them up the same day. They were a perfect fit. I was encouraged that if I ever have a problem with fit and want an adjustment no appointment is needed. The follow up phone call to check on my glasses was a wonderful surprise. Your office has really upped its game. Nice job Professional Vision Services- Hilliard.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pipo for 20 years. He is without a doubt the best eye doctor I have had the pleasure of using. Dr. Pipo does a complete exam, and always helps keep your vision healthy.

My first visit to PVS was in November 2024, when Dr. Jenny Tran examined my eyes and updated my prescription. Dr. Tran did an excellent job, very thorough, professional, and friendly - in fact, that characterizes my interactions with everyone at this PVS location, from the reception staff to nurses and assistants. Additionally, working with Katherine, who manages the optical side of the location, has been a pleasure. It can be hard for me to ask exactly for what I need, or for adjustments, even when I am paying for it, and Katherine has made me feel welcome and comfortable, and that making sure I like the frames and lenses I'm purchasing are one of her top concerns. I appreciate that I've been in several times for modifications to the same pair of glasses, and never once have I felt like I was being treated with anything but respect, helpfulness, and a willingness to make sure I receive the best optical products and a positive experience. From the gentleman who started my eye exam who was kind, a listening ear, patient, and reassuring, to Dr. Mickey and Dr. Kylee making me feel so valued, comfortable, and fully taken care of! Dr. Kylee and her team are amazing! Dr. Kylee is incredibly patient with me whether I am getting contacts or glasses. After wearing my new glasses for a week, they still didn't feel quite right. I thought I would get used to them, but I never did. I came in on a Friday for an adjustment, and a wonderful lady working in the back worked an absolute miracle. Now, my glasses fit perfectly!

The office got me in within a 24 hour period due to a scratch on my eye. I was able to get my scratch checked out long with getting a full eye exam. Staff was very pleasant throughout the entire process.

Dr Gaetano is extremely thorough, patient and professional. He has all the up to date equipment to measure eye health so that you don’t need to get dilated! Optical technicians very helpful and there is a huge variety of frames in all price ranges. Would never go anywhere else

I haven’t been to the eye doctor in a long time. But I started having some pain in my one eye. So I just stopped there to ask if they could look in it. They took me in that same day! He fixed my eye. Then he squeezed me in the very next day for a follow up. I appreciated it so much. He and the staff were all awesome and so nice. I now have a new eye doctor.

I arrived close to closing time without realizing they closed at 5, and not only did the ladies at the front stay past their shift, they encouraged me to take my time with the eyewear selection and offered thoughtful, personalized recommendations. That kind of patience and care is hard to find. The doctor was equally exceptional. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took real time to walk me through exactly what he was observing and what his concerns were, rather than rushing through the appointment. When he was unable to get a fully accurate read on my prescription, he rescheduled me to complete the exam at no additional charge. No hassle, no upselling, just a genuine commitment to getting it right. This is the standard every eye care practice should be held to. Highly recommend.

I had my first visit with Dr. Michael and from the start the office environment felt very welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The blonde assistant that took me back (don’t remember her name) was very personable and friendly and did a great job of juggling multiple patients. Dr. Michael was very thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything. Zoe was awesome and very helpful with getting more contacts ordered and picking out new glasses. They even got me 50% off my glasses when I ordered a year supply of contacts and it was fun as well! I highly recommend the Zysik Eye Care Team!! Thank you to everyone who helped me at Zysik.

I was contemplating changing my doctor because of my experience with the staff. The change in staff has resulted in a much more pleasant customer experience. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured or pushed into something that I did not want, and the glasses that I received actually appeared to be new glasses rather than recycled glasses from the try-on ones that are on the floor. I even received a case for my glasses that was from the actual manufacturer of my glasses. Imagine that!

I have been using Winchester Vision Care for around 18 years. My whole family now uses them also. We have not had one single negative experience with this practice. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of glasses and their prices are great. I highly recommend using this office!

I learned some things about the eye exam and the health of my eyes that I had never heard before in the 18-20 years I’ve experienced of getting eye exams. Doctor Price took the time to really educate me and recommend what he truly thought was best for me. You can tell that at this practice they value ethics and moral more than your money. They want you to be informed and taken care of and do it with a spirit of excellence. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I hadn’t had an eye exam in over ten years and I started noticing a change in my vision. It was very easy to make an appointment with Dr. Hornberger and they fit me in within a week. The care and thoughtfulness that Dr. Hornberger and her staff showed me was fantastic. I thought my last exam was thorough but it was nothing like the exam I had here. Everything in the office is state of the art. Dr. Hornberger explained the entire exam in a way that was easy to understand, and she gave me several choices for correcting my vision. I couldn’t be happier with the results and couldn’t recommend this office any higher.

Husband was having issues with his eyes. We normally see Dr. Smith but he was not in, but was able to get appointment for the same day with Dr. Dirr.
